A Short History!
Our first Corgi was 'Kaystar Bonny Star', affectionately known as Bonnie. Kirarth's first show dog was 'Stormvale Black Replica', a very handsome tri colour . 'Stormvale Back To Black' litter sister to Jake came to us at 10 months of age. She was a wonderful producer ( 12 & 14 respectively in her 2 litters). Her daughter Cassie, 'Kirarth Kindred Spirit' continued that tradition, producing out of Ivellen Icon, 'Kirarth Charlies Angel', 'Kirarth Starburst' and 'Kirarth Arch Angel'! From these litters we have exported to Hong Kong, Casey, 'Kirarth Kings Kounsel' And Minnie, 'Kirarth Sweet Adelaide'
In 2005 both Charlies Angel & Starburst have had litters out of Ch Forrestville Taffys Boy (A Belroyd Knight Flyer son), Charlie producing 'Kirarth Bobby Dazzler' and 'Kirarth Heavenly Knight'. From Bella, 'Morning Glory' now in Hong Kong with (Casey), Kings Kounsel. Our dogs have a strong Belroyd influence on both sides from the consolidation of Belroyd Emperor through Ivellen Icon & Belroyd Knight Flyer through Taffys Boy.
2006 came a repeat mating of Bella to Taffys Boy. A new export to Hawaii was 'Kirarth Keep The Faith'. To Queensland went 'Kirarth Bonny Prince' 'and Kirarth On Angels Wings'. 'Kirarth Angel Inthe Mist' travelled to West Australia to be shown by Alan & Marj Smith of Parkways.
March 2007 saw the arrival of our first litter sired by our home bred Kirarth Bobby Dazzler with Kirarth Starburst, producing 5 puppies with strong Belroyd lineage.
2004 saw the introduction of the Australian legislation to ban tail docking. Kirarth Corgis has bred leaving the tails on our Pembrokes entire from that time. The tail has been well accepted by our clients, many of who have had the docked corgis for many years.
